Return Policy
We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase! If, for any reason, you need to request a return, You have up to 30 days for U.S. orders. from the shipping date of your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Item(s) must not have been worn or washed.
- The original tags and packaging must still be intact.
- The item should be in its original, free of stains and undamaged condition.
- It should not have any alterations or modifications.
- The item should not have any odors, such as deodorant or perfume.
- If applicable, all original accessories (e.g., belts, fur trim, etc.) must be included.
Return Fee
We offer a convenient return process for our U.S. customers, with a flat return shipping fee of $12 for up to 2 items, which will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid return label will be provided to make your return as simple as possible. If your return includes more than 2 items, an additional $12 will be charged for every 2 additional items — or part of
Alternatively, the customer can choose to cover the cost of return shipping themselves and share the tracking number with us so we can monitor the return.
Please Note:
- Orders cannot be combined for returns. Each order must have a separate return request and must be shipped back individually using its own unique return label.
- We cannot issue refunds for items that doesn’t meet the return conditions mentioned above.
- We are not liable for items damaged during shipping.
Return Window
Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of the original shipping date. Items shipped for return after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
IMPORTANT: Please reach out to us first at Order History Page to initiate the return request. If items are sent to our address without prior notice, we cannot take responsibility for them. Returns cannot be accepted in person at our office or warehouse—all items must be shipped back to us.
Exchanges Policy
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order, subject to availability. The standard return fee will still apply.
- Once your returned item is delivered and inspected, we will process your refund. You may place a new order for your preferred size or color right away, or wait until your refund is completed. However, because many of our items are part of limited deals, sizes and colors may sell out quickly. To secure your preferred item, we recommend placing a new order as soon as possible.

Refund Policy
- To qualify for a refund, the returned item must be in the condition outlined above. If the item does not meet these conditions, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Once it is confirmed that the item meets the return conditions, a refund will be processed within 5 business days, and you will receive an email indicating that your order has been refunded. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Quality Inspections For Returns
Once a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it is eligible for return and meets the applicable return requirements mentioned above. If the item passes our inspection, we will issue a refund or move forward with the exchange.
However, if we find that the item does not meet the return requirements, we will refuse to issue a refund or exchange the product. In this case, we will contact you to inform you that the item is not eligible for a refund and explain the conditions that led to this determination. Please note that items that are non-refundable may be disposed of or not returned to you.
Warranty Policy
If your item presents any quality issues upon receipt, or if it shows problems after following the recommended care instructions, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, improper care, accidents, or misuse.
Missing or Damaged Item
If you receive a damaged or missing item in your order, please report it using the Chat Button on our website within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
